FAQ

What if the review fails or times out?

You're never charged for failed reviews. We authorize payment upfront but only capture it after successful completion. If anything goes wrong, the hold is automatically released.

What file formats do you accept?

KiCad netlists (.net), KiCad schematics (.kicad_sch), EasyEDA JSON exports, and Altium netlists. Upload as individual files or as a .zip with your BOM.

How accurate are the reviews?

Reviews are generated by frontier AI models (Claude Opus, Gemini Pro) with access to real component datasheets. They catch real issues but may occasionally report false positives. Always verify findings before manufacturing.

Can I re-run with a different model?

Yes. After your first review, you can re-run the same design with a different AI model. Each re-run is a separate charge.

Is my design data safe?

Your netlists and schematics are stored encrypted and never shared publicly. Only review summaries (design names, finding counts) appear in our showcase. See our Privacy Policy.
