1. Service Description

PromptPCB provides AI-powered PCB design review services. You upload electronic design files (netlists, schematics, BOMs) and receive automated analysis identifying potential design issues, missing components, and specification violations.

2. AI-Generated Results Disclaimer

Reviews are generated by AI models and may contain errors, false positives, or miss real issues. PromptPCB is a supplemental tool — not a replacement for professional engineering review. You are solely responsible for verifying all findings before manufacturing.

We do not guarantee:

• Completeness or accuracy of any review
• That following recommendations will result in a working design
• That all critical issues will be identified

3. Your Designs

You retain full ownership of your design files. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your files through AI models to generate reviews
• Store review results associated with your account
• Display design names (not file contents) in our public showcase, unless you opt out

We will never sell, share, or publish your actual design files (netlists, schematics) to third parties.

4. Payments

• Your first review is free. Subsequent reviews are charged per-review based on component count.
• Payment is authorized before the review begins. Funds are captured only after successful completion.
• If a review fails (timeout, error), the payment hold is released and you are not charged.
• Refund requests for completed reviews: contact support@promptpcb.ai.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free review credits
• Reverse-engineer the review system or extract AI model weights
• Use the service to generate content for competing products
• Scrape public showcase data at scale

6. Limitation of Liability

PromptPCB is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our reviews, including but not limited to: manufacturing defects, board failures, lost revenue, or personal injury resulting from reliance on AI-generated analysis.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific review in question.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
